Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Accra and Nairobi do not share a timetable, a bandwidth budget or, often, a school day length. What they share is a cohort of learners with the same appetite and the same gap.
Our curriculum is authored once and adapted at delivery, never the reverse: the sequence of skills stays identical across every centre, but the format flexes between offline-first packets, low-bandwidth streaming and full lab sessions depending on what a given school can support that term.
The lesson for anyone scaling across African markets: standardise the outcome, not the delivery mechanism.
